After 2 years, the COMMANDER paid for itselfCOMMANDER 4400 l – TWIN FORCE 30 m
"Our policy is to buy and to work only with the best performing agricultural machinery"
The cultivated area of our company is 3600 hectares. We cultivate crops as winter wheat, maize, sunflower and sugar beet. Our policy is to buy and to work only with the best performing agricultural machinery, which is represented in our market. Before buying, our experts investigate machinery carefully and visit exhibitions and demonstrations. It could take 2 or 3 years to choose and examine a machine before we feel that it suits us. Our colleagues’ opinions, as well as the opinions of specialists from other companies, are very important for us. In our enterprise we have a chain-track tractor CAT (560 lit / sec), Fendt (180 lit /sec), two sprayers- both are HARDI COMMANDER 4400 litters with 30 meter TWIN boom (air assisted spraying).
"Even visually - the equipment, the boom and the construction of the COMMANDER, are far better than similar sprayers of the same category"
In 2007, we acquired our first HARDI COMMANDER TWIN sprayer with tank capacity 4400 litters and 30 m boom. The first thing that pleased us was the boom and its work flow. During all this time we never welded or repaired the boom. There is a common opinion that problems with a boom are usually the first problems to affect a sprayer, and here we are dealing with 30 meters boom width with an air support. I was surprised that HARDI's booms were so reliable and had such a high quality, even when we drive at speeds up to 20 kilometres per hour. Even visually - the equipment, the boom and the construction of the COMMANDER, are far better than similar sprayers of the same category.

"After 2 years, the COMMANDER paid for itself"
Our tractors are equipped with GPS navigation systems and we spray almost around the clock. Daily output from one COMMANDER sprayer is 400 - 500 hectares with a norm of expenditure of 150 - 200 l / ha, depending on the field and crop. The operating area of one sprayer in one season is about 8000 hectares and after 2 years, the COMMANDER paid for itself. In general, we had time to spray the entire area with one sprayer, but sometimes there were overlaps and we had to spray in two different places at the same time. We had to use our old sprayers and it was not easy, especially when you feel the difference in the quality and in the operating speed. So in 2010, we bought another HARDI COMMANDER and are very happy with the results.
"Computer controlled spraying allows us to spray chemicals within the accuracy of a gram"
Computer controlled spraying allows us to spray chemicals within the accuracy of a gram. The air supported TWIN system gives us the possibility to work with 10-12 m/sec wind, while still getting the ideal spray coverage. We spray safely under windy conditions even if it is close to a field with a different crop. TWIN fully eliminates wind drift of chemicals and the machine operator feels comfortable in the tractor without inhaling toxins.
"High performance, economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, functionality, comfort and user friendliness"
The main advantages of the COMMANDER sprayer is high performance, economic efficiency, environmental friendliness, functionality, comfort and user friendliness. Due to all these advantages, we save up to 30% of the costs which are allocated for spraying. I am convinced that the sprayer is one of the most important machines in the agricultural industry because the cost of pesticides is relatively high, and it is very important to spray properly and on time. Only then can we can get a good result from our work. It is important to realize that even if you prepare the soil, sow well, spray fertilizers, etc, you can still lose everything if you do not protect your crops properly and on time. Our COMMANDER TWIN sprayers perform their tasks perfectly and increase our confidence in obtaining high yields.
